Ugh!!! In soooo much pain right now!!!?

A lot of the time the cysts go away on their own within 8-12 weeks and in some cases, surgery needs to be performed to get them out if they are too large. I would recommend making an emergency appt with a good local ob/gyn.

Here are some ways to help:
-By consuming natural diuretics one can find pain relief from ovarian cysts. Try eating anything made of parsley, like a sandwich, also eating tomatoes on a regular basis can help reduce the ovarian cysts pain
- Try to limit your movements when going through the ovarian cyst pain
-Get birth control pills, they help in stopping the formation of follicles that cause cysts

I get them too and they are extremely painful and not fun to deal with. I know what you’re going through right now and hopefully it will get better as you get older like it did with me.
Heating pads are good, when I get my period instead of showering I normally soak in a hot bath for an hour or so everyday. It helps because when in water, your period stops. It helped the pain subside a bit for me also. When you’re laying down with your heating pad trying laying in the fetal position. I also like to put a pillow over top of where my heating pad is placed while i’m in the fetal position. I don’t know why, it just helps.
Hope you start feeling better and they go away very soon.
