Lower back & abdominal pain, vaginal discharge, fever, always feel weak?

My mum had these symptoms about a month ago. She went to the doctor and found out it was a kidney infection. She was prescribed antibiotics and had to drink lots of water, it went after a week or so.

From the symptoms you are stating, it is most likely that you have Pelvic inflammatory disease and urinary tract infection. You need to go and see a gynecologist as soon as possible. Not alarming, but you dont want to let the infection spread or linger for a long time,esp. since you said you have fever and low back pain; you are unmarried and i am sure you want to have kids some day.
The Gyn will do regular tests such as pap smear, smear and culture for the vaginal discharge etc. and treat your urinary tract infection as well. You would need some antibiotics and probably some anti-fungals for the discharge. Please go to the GYN.
