Appendicitis pain is commonly described as appearing and then going away.By the looks of your symptoms it looks like it because of the nausea and of the shivering.Maybe you even had a fever.
Appendicitis is very dangerous because some people don’t pay attention to their problems and it can be life threatening.So pls go to the hospital as soon as possible to have that checked out,don’t wait.Your life and health is more important than money.
My friend had the same problems and he ignored them until one day his appendix burst and good thing he managed to get medical attention.
